Cosy up in January with a book of nests. I'm fascinated by bird architecture; there's a bit of a bird and flight theme continuing on from last year through these winter months. We'll look at nests in miniature painting as well as botanical drawings and vintage illustrations and make our own nest images. 2 things people want to do in winter: be with books, and nest. Perhaps your reading nook is your nest. My studio is my nest. Imagine sipping soup, making a book and designing your own nest. Maybe it's bird's nest soup!
